GemFace Imagery Policy

Photographs are often taken during our events and parties. Verbal consent will always be obtained from the participants or an adult responsible for any child under 16 years old.

By allowing us to apply face gems and providing your verbal consent, you grant us the right to use the images and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use them on our website, social media, press releases, or printed marketing materials.

Upon giving your verbal consent, contact details and links to these policies will be provided.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the artist prior to or upon their arrival at your event. We will ensure no photos are taken at your event or of specific individuals.

You can contact us anytime to request the removal of any images previously consented for use, and we will delete these from our website and social media. If any images have been used in printed publicity or signs, they will be removed and replaced as soon as possible.

We cannot take responsibility for images that have been shared, saved, or edited by third parties after consent has been given.
